About the Role

The Reservations Manager will lead and elevate our Health Journey & Reservations Advisors, blending team leadership with commercial performance to maximize revenue through disciplined follow-up and consultative selling. Reporting into the Global Contact Center Manager and Operations Manager at SHA Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and coaching responsibilities: The manager leads and trains a senior, multilingual Reservations team, ensuring premium service standards, implementing training and quality plans, and handling VIP requests and conflict resolution.

  • Commercial management and funnel optimization: The role involves managing the sales funnel with a focus on consultative conversion, converting leads from various sources, guest recovery, follow-up consistency, and maintaining professional communication and closing.

  • Analysis and data-driven management: The manager analyzes KPIs and dashboards, identifies demand patterns and customer profiles, and prepares strategic weekly reports. Proficiency in Navision, HubSpot, and Ringover is valued.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of relevant leadership experience

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish required

  • Analytical and commercial aptitude
